At King of Pressure, we want you to love your merch. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags attached, if applicable.
To start a return or exchange, please contact us at kristen@kingofpressure.net or josh@kingofpressure.net with your order number and the reason for your request. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective:
Final sale or clearance items
Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll work with you to make it right.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Exchanges
If you need a different size, please contact us to check availability. Exchanges are subject to available inventory. If your requested size is unavailable, we may offer a refund or store credit.
Pre-Orders
Pre-order items are subject to the estimated shipping timeframe listed on the product page. Estimated dates may change due to production or shipping delays. If you need to cancel a pre-order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
